The cookies we use include session cookies, which make it easier for you to navigate our Site (these are created each time you visit the Site and expire 24 hours after that visit), and persistent cookies, which remain on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Site. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file.

Subject to the exemptions mentioned below in part X(C) below, if you are a California resident, you have the right to know what PII we have collected about you, why we collected it, and the categories of third parties (excluding service providers) with whom we have shared the PII during the past 12 months. If you make a Categories Request, and you do not have any type of account with us, we will need you to provide us with at least two data elements specific to you, such as your cell phone number or mother’s maiden name (depending on the data elements we already maintain about you), so that we can verify your identity.
