When you borrow from us, we enter into a 3-way relationship; You, your cosigner and Transform Credit. On average, that relationship will last around 3 years - so we think it's important that it's a great relationship. Most banks see customers as numbers and nothing more, but we believe our relationship with our customers is a 2 way street - so we made some promises on how we manage that relationship.
We'll always be polite and treat you with respect.
We know that no one wants to be in arrears. So we'll do absolutely everything we can to work with you, and help get you back on track.
We'll only ever collect payments from cards or direct debits, if we have an agreement with you to do so.
We'll do everything we can to respect any reasonable requests on how and when you want to be contacted by us.
We will always keep you informed and give you advanced warning before we take any action.
We will never contact you more than necessary to come to the best possible solution.
We will always attempt to collect from and contact the borrower first before approaching a cosigner for payment. We will continue to make every reasonable attempt to collect from the borrower as long as the account remains in arrears.
We will never charge you for late or missed payments, letters, texts, phone calls or any of the work we do.
We will only use courts to enforce a debt as a last resort, when all other possible alternatives have been exhausted.
We will never repossess or force you to sell your home.
